Inside The Beefmaster, you'll find a focused, powerhouse lineup of cuts centered around the smoker and the slow cooker, all graded High Choice if not Prime and packed with the bold, beefy character that North Central Texas beef is known for. Every steak is cut to a generous 1.5 inches thick for consistent, impressive results on the grill.

  • Briskets – ~22.05 lb total (2 briskets: 10.26 lb & 11.79 lb): Two full briskets for back-to-back smoke sessions, competition-style cooks, or feeding a serious crowd. One for slicing, one for burnt ends—or both for pure Texas glory.
