Step 2: Determine Your Quantity
Decide between a Whole or Side of Beef. We'll help you choose the right size based on your freezer space, family size, and cooking frequency.
Step 3: Submit Your Reservation
Reserve your program and animal size through our website. Your reservation deposit is credited toward your final invoice at delivery.
Step 4: Confirmation & Timeline
We confirm your reservation and explain the timeline specific to your program's aging process (14-day or 21-day).
Step 5: Custom Cut Sheet Planning
Before harvest, we walk you through every cutting option to maximize your preferences and your animal's marbling characteristics.
Step 6: Animal Progress Updates
Receive updates about your animal throughout the finishing period.
Step 7: Harvest & Aging
Stay informed during the aging process as we develop optimal flavor and tenderness.
Step 8: Delivery & Cooking Support
We coordinate delivery or pickup, provide cooking recommendations for each cut, and ensure you're completely satisfied.
