The Twin G Ranches’ 7‑Step Ordering Process
Step 1: Choose Your Breed Program
Select Black Angus or American Wagyu based on your preferred flavor profile and budget. Our team is available if you’d like guidance, but you can complete your reservation without contacting us.
Step 2: Select Your Quantity & Reserve
Choose a Half or Whole Beef and complete your reservation online. Your reservation deposit is applied to your final invoice, and we’ll confirm your breed and quantity selections during your custom cut sheet review.
Step 3: Confirmation & Timeline
Once your reservation is placed, we coordinate with our ranch team to select the right animal for your chosen program, schedule harvest with our USDA-inspected processor, and prepare a timeline that we’ll review together at cut sheet time.
Step 4: Custom Cut Sheet Planning
We walk you through your custom cut sheet so you can decide how each cut is butchered, packaged, and portioned. Options are explained in clear, simple terms so you can choose with confidence.
Step 5: Updates, Harvest, Aging & Processing
You’ll receive occasional updates on your animal’s progress. We keep you informed through harvest, aging, and processing as your beef is finished and prepared for your freezer.
Step 6: Delivery
We arrange convenient delivery or pickup so your beef arrives frozen, clearly labeled, and ready to load into your freezer.
Step 7: Cooking Resources & Support
Cooking tips for every cut are available through our BLOG, newsletters, Twin G Ranches Pinterest Recipe boards, and our team is here to answer questions as you start cooking.
