Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
At Twin G Ranches, we take pride in delivering high-quality beef products directly to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for our beef products, including but not limited to individual cuts, beef boxes, and specialty items. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and maintain the quality of our products.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our beef. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item or providing a store credit at our discretion.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the affected product (if applicable)
Delivery Errors
In the event of a shipping error on our part, such as incorrect products or quantities, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to the perishable nature of our products.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Being available to receive the delivery or making arrangements for proper storage
- Inspecting the products upon delivery and storing them properly
Food Safety
For your safety, we recommend following USDA guidelines for safe food handling and storage. Use a food thermometer to ensure all beef products are cooked to recommended internal temperatures.
