Black Angus (14-day aged) – Our Black Angus cattle are premium grain-finished beef with excellent marbling for a classic Texas beef experience. Fourteen-day wet-aging develops optimal tenderness while preserving the rich, beefy flavor that defines quality Angus. It's ideal for everyday premium meals without compromise.

American Wagyu (Angus × Wagyu cross) – Twin G Ranches American Wagyu brings visible intramuscular marbling and enhanced tenderness that elevate everyday beef to something special. Fourteen-day wet-aging concentrates flavor and develops the signature Wagyu tenderness, offering a luxurious, restaurant-level experience without the cost of imported or Full Blood Wagyu.
