Here's how the process works from start to finish.

Step 1: Choose Your Breed Program

First things first: Black Angus or American Wagyu? Black Angus delivers robust, beefy flavor at a great value, while American Wagyu offers exceptional marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Not sure which fits your taste or budget? Our team is happy to help you decide—or you can complete your reservation online without ever picking up the phone.

Step 2: Select Your Quantity & Reserve

Decide whether a Half or Whole Beef works best for your family and freezer space, then complete your online reservation. Your deposit goes directly toward your final invoice, and we'll confirm all your selections when we review your custom cut sheet together.

Step 3: Confirmation & Timeline

Once your reservation is in, we get to work. We coordinate with our ranch team to select the perfect animal for your program, schedule harvest at our USDA-inspected processor, and create a timeline we'll walk through together during cut sheet planning. You'll know exactly what to expect and when.

Step 4: Custom Cut Sheet Planning

This is where your order becomes truly yours. We'll guide you through your custom cut sheet, explaining every option in simple, clear terms. How thick do you want your steaks? What size roasts work for your family? Ground beef in one-pound or two-pound packages? You'll make every decision with confidence, knowing exactly what you're getting.

Step 5: Updates, Harvest, Aging & Processing

We keep you in the loop. You'll receive occasional updates on your animal's progress through harvest, aging, and processing. There's no guessing—just transparency as your beef is expertly finished and prepared for your freezer.

Step 6: Delivery

We arrange delivery or pickup at a time that works for you. Your beef arrives frozen, clearly labeled, and ready to stack neatly in your freezer. No hassle, no confusion—just premium beef ready when you are.
